William Shatner to star in new fall TV comedy So William Shatner is at it again. He's set to star in a new comedy TV pilot for CBS. The show is being produced by the creators of "Will and Grace". It's based on the Twitter page " Shit My Dad Says " that Justin Halpern put up to showcase the foul mouthed, funny stuff that comes out of his dad's mouth. The 29 year old Halpern came up with the idea after being forced to move back in with his parents. His 74 year old father Sam Halpern, who used to work in nuclear medicine at the University of California at San Diego, never fails to deliver.
